Sweet Spring Moments | Annapolis Motherhood Mini Sessions at the Studio
There’s something so tender and timeless about photographing the bond between a mother and her baby. This Spring Motherhood Mini Session with Lauren and her 10-month-old son, Chase, was full of the kind of fleeting moments that make this work so meaningful—sweet snuggles, playful giggles, and the way he reached for her like she was his whole world (because she is).
Held at my natural light studio in Annapolis, Maryland, these limited-edition motherhood minis are designed to celebrate the quiet magic of motherhood—just you and your little one, wrapped in light, love, and simplicity.
Fully Styled and Effortless
As always, this session was fully styled using pieces from my client closet, so Lauren didn’t have to stress over what to wear. She chose a beautiful, flowing dress by Reclamation Design Company, while baby Chase looked darling in a soft, gender-neutral outfit from Rashida + Noah—a perfect match for my signature soft and organic style.
Everything was intentionally curated to photograph beautifully and allow their connection to shine.
A Relaxed Studio Experience
I’ve created this studio space to feel calm, cozy, and intimate—perfect for capturing natural, connected moments between mother and child. With the warm tones, soft textures, and flattering light, it’s a space where you can exhale, slow down, and just be with your little one. Lauren soothed her son by nursing him (photos optional of that connection). Then she held him, snuggled him, tickled him and we got him to giggle!

My next round of studio motherhood mini sessions will be held on Saturday April 26th, 2025. These sessions are 10 minutes! These mini sessions are designed exclusively to be short, sweet, and truly special for mamas and their littles. For the sake of space and the intimate nature of the setup, full family sessions cannot be accommodated during these minis. Thank you for understanding!
